Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Shipping
Most of our items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Items weighing less than 13 ounces are shipped USPS First Class Mail.
Using the USPS, we can ship on Saturday and to U.S. Post Office Boxes.
USPS Priority Mail offers 1-3 day deliveries in most cases.
PayPal requires us to ship to an address you have on file with them. If you request that we ship to a address that is different than the 'bill to' address, make sure that address is listed with PayPal and select that address when paying.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
